Our lawyers provide comprehensive advice and represent their clients in all (including highly complex) matters of public law. We are frequently involved as advisors in privatisation projects (drafting of legal opinions all the way to project management and support for privatisation procedures of all grades of complexity). Our services include everything from basic advice, legal representation in litigation procedures to drafting of legislative proposals, reports and legal opinions. We also act outsourced legal department for administrative bodies and regularly help with conceptual aspects of projects.
