Continuous professional training

We stand for continuous professional training of our lawyers. On a regular basis we organize internal meetings to discuss the new developments in the legislation procedure and case law. We encourage the attendance of seminars, conferences and other training opportunities. Badertscher Attorneys at Law also supports post graduate studies at universities abroad and working experiences with foreign law firms.

Our attorneys have the opportunity to be involved in interesting legal work, advising Swiss and foreign businesses and private clients. It is our aim to timely develop efficient and innovative solutions to our clients’ legal problems. Beside the knowledge and understanding of the legal issues, we regard language skills, in particular English, as necessary. Badertscher Attorneys at Law has developed career models that lead talented and skilful associates up to the partnership. We look forward to receiving applications from candidates with higher university degree, admitted to bar and excellent German and English skills. Additional languages and academic degrees such as PhD, LL.M. or tax expert are very highly appreciated, though they are not a requirement.

Trainees

We constantly offer two positions to trainees with the aim of providing suitable preparation for the bar exam. We make sure that you work in various areas of law, participate in court hearings and are fully integrated in our legal team.

Once you have been admitted to the bar, you will have the opportunity to continue your career as an attorney at Badertscher Attorneys at Law.
