Notary Services
Our experienced team of notaries in Zug serves national and international clients, companies and private individuals at any time as well outside normal office hours. At short notice, corporate, commercial, marital or inheritance transactions will be notarized, if desired also in foreign languages. Our notaries offer notarial services for all stages starting from the initial legal consulting to the notarization as such and later also its filing with the competent commercial registries. We are authorized to notarize documents for filing with commercial registries of all Swiss cantons and also certain documents relating to German GmbHs (LLCs) as well as German contract law.
